Price and shipping and management services.
The price, including VAT, and the minimum purchase quantity of each item are those indicated on the website of https://tienda.loanihome.com/.
- The prices for shipping and management services will meet the following standard:
- Shipments to the Spanish and Portuguese peninsular territory and the Balearic Islands: free shipments from € 150, shipments less than € 150 will cost € 5 for shipments of up to 5kg, € 7 for shipments of 6 to 10kg and € 15 for shipments of 11 to 20kg.
The prices of the products displayed on the website of https://tienda.loanihome.com/ only include Value Added Tax (VAT). They do not include any other tax that, if applicable, is applicable.
LLoani Home reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The products for sale will be invoiced based on the prices in force at the time the order is registered and the payment is made subject to availability on that date, upon express acceptance by Loani Home.
To guarantee a quality service, we offer secure means of payment. At https://tienda.loanihome.com/ the customer can choose between the following forms of payment:
- Through a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron and / or other similar cards) through the POS system, through the secure payment gateway, entering the data and information required in the process of this form of payment.
- Payment in advance, by transfer for the total amount before shipment, in the following checking accounts (indicate your name and Loani Home order number):
- Banco Sabadell: ES37 0081 0244 1200 0103 6905.
- Cash on delivery; This form of payment carries a surcharge of 3% of the order amount, with a minimum of € 2.
Service provision / Product delivery.
Loani Home undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address indicated by the Client must be an address where delivery can be made within the working hours indicated by each parcel agency.
If at the time of delivery of the product to the indicated address, the Client is absent, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.
If, after seven (7) business days from the date of the notice, the Client has not contacted the carrier to arrange a new delivery date, the products will be returned to the Loani Home warehouses and the Client must take charge of return services, as well as possible associated management costs.
The Client will be responsible for the errors or damages caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Client does not match the delivery location specified by the latter.
At the time of delivery of the product order, the Customer must display their identification document to the carrier, sign the delivery note and request a copy of it from the carrier.
Delivery is considered made from the moment the product has been made available to the Client at the delivery location indicated by the Client.
The risk of the products (among others, loss, impairment or theft) will be transmitted to the Client from the moment the order for products has been made available to the Client in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
